Shipping/Returns

1.  Item Availability/Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please email us at help@drloposkinsolutions.com and we will be happy to assist you.

2.  Pricing

DrLopo’s SkinSolutions, LLC does not engage in ‘price matching’.  The list price displayed is the price that will be charged for a product.

3.  Payment Options

Dr. Lopo SkinSolutions LLC accepts all type of payments processed ONLY via PayPal. This includes:

Visa

MasterCard

American Express

Personal Checks

Money Orders

You do NOT have to be a registered user with PayPal to make a purchase.  Full disclosure of current payment processes is listed at the PayPal web site

We do not accept CODs or Layaway plans

4. Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to California addresses (where we are headquartered). California state law requires tax to be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase. 5.  Shipping/Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments / Address Changes/Cancellations/Returns

a.Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding Federal holidays). All orders will be taken, processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) and during business hours 9-6pm Pacific Time, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders take 2 business days to process before they are shipped out, therefore please add processing time to total transit time. b.We currently ship to any street address in the United States.  We do not ship to PO Boxes

c.We are sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the continental U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

d.All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If DrLopo’s SkinSolutions, LLC has made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we are able.  If you provide an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping fees. If you refuse the shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 25% restocking fee for stock items, plus all shipping and handling charges. Shipping on orders is non-refundable.

e.Cancellation of any order once it has been processed will result in a 25% restocking fee.

f.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges or returned products that are less than 25% consumed and within 30 days of receipt. Please include your purchase receipt and order confirmation number. Shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable

g.Lost Shipments.  Once we transfer the shipment to the carrier, risk of loss and title of the material passes to the purchaser.
